Salsa D'Inverno (Winter Tomato Sauce)
This is a basic marinara, but with more spice and some wonderful vegetables, even better! To lighten this sauce, try adding some of our Traditional Basil Pesto and some pureed FRESH tomatoes.
Ingredients
Salsa Tomato, Onion, Red Merlot Wine, Water, Olive Oil, Zucchini, Fennel, Dried Tomato, Roasted Red Pepper, Vegetable Base, Parsley, Rosemary, Basil, Dried Green Bell Pepper, Black Pepper, Marjoram, Crushed Red Pepper.
